For 55 years, it's been a part of the fabric of the lives of
tens of thousands
of folks along the Twin Tiers. What are we talking
about? WFRM, of course. The visit of Britain's
Queen Elizabeth several years ago reminds us that WFRM began
the day of her coronation many years ago.
At this moment, hundreds of drivers on Route 6, or 44, or
49, or 449, or 144, or 120 are listening to WFRM on their
car radios. They can't read a newspaper or watch
TV. 95% of drivers are listening to the radio.
